Learning and growing in God’s family We are looking forward to building upon the foundation of our current children’s programming and adding some exciting new opportunities for children at St. John’s. In order to keep you informed of these activities, we would like to update our records to reflect each family’s current address and phone numbers. In addition, we would also like each child’s name, birth date, and grade if applicable. You are welcome to email the information to me criddick@stjohnsumctc.org. Nursery is available for children during Worship, ages infant to pre-k (0-5 years old)

St. John's Children’s ministry touches all age levels throughout our church so as to strengthen children’s abilities to worship, connect, grow, and serve as fruitful members of our congregation.
We are looking forward to a new school year in children’s Sunday School. Please join us as we open each Sunday School time together with songs, praise, and prayer. We will spend some time learning together before the different age groups separate for some time in a small group. The small groups will be divided into preschool, lower elementary (K-2), and upper elementary (3-5). For more information or to join the team of teachers, please contact the church office or Cindy Riddick.
Upcoming Events  Confirmation Has Begun
We are inviting all 6th graders to join the confirmation class. They will learn about the Christian life in a journey together throughout the school year. Confirmands will have class during the Sunday School hour from 9:30 am -10:20 am each Sunday. The confirmation class will also participate in retreats and opportunities for service and mission. It is important that all 6th graders are a part of this confirmation experience. Contact Cindy Riddick or the church office to sign up or get more information.
